Ben is a seasoned technology executive with a diverse background that spans across various industries, including the military’s special operations community, healthcare, and public safety. His leadership has been instrumental in driving the growth of two private equity companies, which are valued at more than $1.5 billion. With a team of skilled sales professionals and engineers under his guidance, Ben has demonstrated his ability to navigate complex business landscapes and lead with integrity.
Before embarking on his corporate endeavors, Ben’s journey began with a commitment to service. As a former Navy SEAL officer, he gained invaluable leadership experience and a deep understanding of teamwork in high-pressure situations across Afghanistan and other locations. . Additionally, his time as a Firefighter/EMT and Critical Care Technician in a Level-1 trauma facility instilled in him a profound sense of compassion and dedication to helping others.
Ben’s diverse professional experiences have shaped his leadership philosophy, which is rooted in servant leadership. He firmly believes that true leadership comes from a place of service and empowering those around him to reach their full potential.
Ben’s educational background is equally varied, having earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he studied Native American law. This combination of academic rigor and practical experience has equipped him with a well-rounded perspective and the ability to navigate complex challenges with strategic acumen.
Currently residing in Boise, Idaho, with his wife and three children, Ben continues to balance his professional pursuits with his commitment to family and community.

With a distinguished career spanning decades at the forefront of healthcare executive management and technology, Dr. Jeff Davee leads Steadfast Group as the Chief Medical Officer, specializing in federal contracting for healthcare staffing solutions and IT innovations.
Dr. Davee’s journey in healthcare management and technology began with his pivotal roles at Health Care Insight, Verisk Health, Verisk Analytics and currently at Cotiviti, a leading healthcare analytics firm. Over the years, he served as a key figure in co-authoring groundbreaking textbooks and spearheading the development of innovative software solutions. His expertise in cross-coding systems and fraud detection proved instrumental in enhancing quality outcome management across medical and dental practices, while also serving the needs of many private insurers and government agencies such as the US Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Bureau of Veterans Affairs in managing Fraud, waste and abuse in their respective operations.
Dr. Davee’s dedication to veterans’ healthcare was cultivated early in his career as a Phlebotomy technician at the Veterans Hospital in Chicago while a student at Northwestern University. There, he provided care to spinal injured Vietnam veterans, gaining firsthand insight into the comprehensive care administered by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This formative experience left an indelible mark on Dr. Davee, shaping his commitment to serving the healthcare needs of veterans. Before his tenure at Cotiviti, Dr. Davee amassed extensive experience in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, practicing for over thirty years. Achieving Diplomate status in the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, he honed his leadership skills by training nurses and other healthcare personnel, presenting continuing education courses, and assuming the role of Chief of Surgery at Tahoe Forest Hospital in Truckee, Ca. In this capacity, he managed surgical departments, supervised staff, and provided invaluable insights into medical management practices.
Throughout his career, Doctor Davee has remained dedicated to upholding integrity, accountability, and excellence in every endeavor. As a Medical director at Steadfast Group, he continues to leverage his extensive knowledge, working alongside a team of esteemed professionals, conducting meticulous reviews of healthcare claims and implementing cost-saving strategies for clients.
